Judge Perry rained on little Casey's
parade, ordering her back to the
Sunshine State.

Judge Belvin Perry has ordered that Casey Anthony depart the multi-million-dollar mansion in which she has been residing -- talk about living in the lap of luxury -- and get her pushy tushy back home, to Florida, to serve one year of probation.

At least she allegedly managed to fit in at least one staged serendipitous photo-op of herself shopping in the Midwest.

Specifically, Ms. Anthony is required to return to Orange County, where she served nearly three years of jail time before and during her six-week capitol murder trial. And she must arrive in the O.C. by noon on August 26.

Defense attorney Barry Cohen told 10 News that Casey Anthony should be allowed to serve her time elsewhere if she choses to do so.

"The government didn't prove their case. Let the girl get on with her life," Cohen said. "Like they do anybody else, if someone wants to live in another state, let them go do their probation in another state. That happens every day of the week in every city all over the state."

When asked if this was "sour grapes" on Judge Perry's part, Cohen described it as "political grapes. This is an elected position. Judge Perry is elected. He has to worry about getting re-elected."

A public official concerned about getting re-elected? How dare Judge Perry! That is unimaginable!
